Michigan Saves is issuing this Request for Proposal to identify financial experts with background in project finance to advise and support Michigan Saves in the implementation of its funding under the Environment Protection Agency’s Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund National Clean Investment Fund and Clean Communities Accelerator programs. Michigan Saves invites proposals from organizations or individuals with expertise in lending and financial services (including underwriting and origination), financial planning and analysis, risk management, and/or transactions with borrowers and other capital providers.
