NEIF

The National Energy Improvement Fund (NEIF) is mission-based lender offering financing for improvements that make buildings and homes more efficient, comfortable, healthy, and safe. In coordination with Michigan Saves, NEIF specializes in financing a range of commercial projects $2,500 and greater, including energy efficiency and electrification projects such as lighting, HVAC, battery storage and electric vehicle charging, solar, and more.
