Essential Duties
- Champions creative technological solutions for seamless day-to-day operational excellence, fostering efficiency and innovation
- Collaborates with team members to gather insights, identify operational needs, and develop inventive strategies to improve systems and policies that support Michigan Saves operations
- Supports the process of translating team needs into technical system improvements
- Stays updated on technological advancements related to operations management, industry trends, best practices, and proposes innovative ideas to enhance operational effectiveness
- Assists with maintaining operational databases, systems, and documentation, ensuring data integrity and accessibility
- Maintains and updates operational policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance and adherence to industry standards
- Monitors and tracks operational metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess performance and identify areas for improvement
- Assists in the development and implementation of operational plans, initiatives, and projects to drive Michigan Saves goals
- Coordinates and facilitates cross-team communication and collaboration to ensure alignment and smooth execution of operational tasks
- Serves as a point of contact for operational inquiries, providing timely and accurate information to internal and external stakeholders
